Dennis Shanahan – the journalist who still believes that Rudd is on an extended honeymoon – reports this morning in the Opposition Oracle that Kevin Andrews has been appointed to be the head of the Oppositions Policy Unit. I wonder what brilliant policies Andrews will come up with?
